Duck Creek Tire would not be the same without this lovely girl walking the show room. Shelby is a self proclaimed ASE Certified shop mascot. To her, customer service is greeting each and every customer with a waggin tail! Those with food come first of course. Shelby resides in LeClaire with Ron. In her free time when she's not hard at work she enjoys eating, and getting her belly rubbed. Shelby loves any car that has a window that will roll down to feel the wind blow through her hair. She is also the chairman of the Shelby treat fund and is always accepting donations.
Aspen was born on July 27th 2017 and officially reported for her first day of work a Duck Creek Tire & Service on September 15th 2017. She has the sleeping thing down, but is eager to try and fill the big paw prints left behind by Shelby. Please join all of us in welcoming the newest member to our family!

Being in this industry is, “the only thing I’ve ever done” starting from his 16th birthday up in Dubuque, Iowa. (That gives him over 27 years experience if you’re counting!) Ron’s favorite part of coming to work every day is getting to interact with customers and help them with their maintenance concerns. Ron is married to his lovely wife, Amy and has one son, Mitch and his dog, Shelby. In his free time, Ron coaches his son’s baseball team, enjoys anything with wheels, and works with the rest of the Duck Creek Tire & Service staff to sponsor local teams, the United Way and the Wildwood Ranch. He is ASE certified as well as a Goodyear Tire Expert. When it comes to customer service, that is his top priority, and main job. He wants to make sure all customers leave here feeling great, and trust the work that has been completed. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his Wife, 2 boys, and now 3 dogs! He also enjoys the occasional day at shooting range playing with his new "toys". Keenan is a Davenport native where he still resides, with hopes to build a new house in the area within the next few years. He already loves the vehicle he drives now, a 2015 Ram 1500 Crew Cab, couldn't see life without a truck, but he would maybe swap it out for a 2020 ;). Keenan is part of the Davenport Community School District Committee that helps direct the automotive curriculum in schools, He is also in the sign up process for Big Brothers Big Sisters

When it comes to customer service he feels that is is EVERYTHING, because without it, we have nothing. When he's not helping you out with your car you can find him spending quality time with his wife, and 2 kids, watching the Chicago Cubs, and playing golf. Rusty is from Belvidere, IL and came to the great Quad Cities to attend Augustana, and resides in Rock Island. One day you may just see Rusty driving across the brand new I-74 Bridge in a Porsche 911.
Mike brings 10 years of experience to our front counter. Mike is a jack of all trades around here. He is one of our service advisors, he maintains our warehouse, and even helps out in the shop from time to time! Mike says customer service is trying is very best to make sure your experience is a positive one! Mike is from Georgia, grew up in Michigan, and currently resides in Davenport with his wife and 2 kids. He would love to be driving to work in a new Hellcat.
Paul is our longest tenured employee here at Duck Creek Tire & Service. Paul is ASE Master Certified, and brings 35 years of experience to the team, as well as certifications from Hummer, and Mobile Air Conditioning Society. When asked “What does customer service mean to you?” He responded with “Getting the job done right the first time for our customer” In his free time Paul likes to attend his kids sporting events, go boating, and ride jet skis with his Wife and 4 children, all while his 3 dogs guard the house out in McCausland. If he could drive his dream car, Paul would be burning rubber right past you in a Shelby Cobra.
Harvey is another one of our ASE Master Certified Technicians bringing in 45 years worth of experience from the automotive industry, Harvey goes above and beyond the average master certification with adding an extra two ASE certifications on top of that! When he's not working on cars, he's working on his golf game, as well as his photography. Harvey has 3 young boys, 2 of them being TWINS!! He is very big into helping with his local Boy Scout troop in which his sons are a part of, and if he could be driving our owner Ron's Cobra to the meetings he sure would!
John is one part of our technician team, he is not only ASE Master Certified, but Nissan Master Certified as well. Those certifications didn't come easy though, John has spent the last 18 years perfecting his trade. When asked "What does customer service mean to you?" he responded "It means taking care of the customer to the best of my ability when it comes to one of their most prized possession, their vehicle" John just can't get enough of cars, even after putting in over a 40 hour week on average, in his spare time he likes to continue to work on and build his own vehicles, as well as a little target shooting here and there. This QC native resides in Silvis, IL with his wife Jade and Husky Turbo! If he could be driving around in his dream car, you would see him cruising the streets in a Top Fuel Dragster
Harrison is an ASE Certified Technicians with 5 years of experience in the automotive field, with certifications being held in Steering & Suspension, as well as Hunter Alignment To Harrison, customer service means getting the work done right the first time, in a timely manner. When you don’t see him working on a car here at the shop, you can find him at home either playing some video games or working on his own personal car. Harrison and his girlfriend of 6 years are about to welcome a new baby here soon, and that little baby has not only 2 amazing parents, but 2 guard dogs already, a German Shepard, and a Husky! This Davenport resident hails from the great city of Buffalo, New York, and if he ever made the trip back that way in his dream car you would be getting passed by a McLaren Senna
Luke is an ASE Certified General Service Technician that brings 3 years of experience and a steering and suspension ASE to the table. Did we mention he is also Hunter Alignment Certified? When it comes to customer service Luke says “It means you go above and beyond on everything you do, even the small things such as an oil change, or air pressure check, and make our customers feel comfortable with every decision they make.” In his free time, you’ll finding him laying back playing some video games, working on his own car, or spending time with his girlfriend. This Davenport native would love to be cruising the streets in an Audi R8
